
Adega de Pegoes Red Wine 2018 is produced in the region of Setúbal, Portugal and contains 13% alcohol. While young it has a strong aroma of red berries. Evolving into spices after the third year. Soft in the mouth, with good quality tannin structure. Median persistence and pleasant after taste.
Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed by long peliculiar maceration.
